We recently stayed at Elm Escapes and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The cottage itself was clean and tidy, providing a cozy atmosphere. We particularly loved the beautiful views from the back bedroom and the indulgence of the hot tub. Despite a few minor issues like the mattress being a bit bobbly and the oven door being a bit tricky, overall our stay was enjoyable. The hosts were helpful and made sure we had a comfortable experience.

The lodge we stayed in was clean, tidy, and spacious, providing us with everything we needed for a few nights away. The location was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying walks. We also loved the hot tub and sauna in our lodge, which added to our overall experience. The lodge offered great views from some of the windows, and there was a big open field surrounding the property, which was perfect for our dogs to enjoy.
The hot tub cover was a bit worn-out, and there was a wasps nest near the hot tub, causing inconvenience and concern for my partner who is allergic.

Great location with good walking opportunities and star gazing. Comfortable bed and spacious layout of the house. The hot tub and sauna were a nice touch and provided a relaxing experience.
The lack of hot water for 24 hours was a major inconvenience, especially when we had plans to meet family and had to resort to using kettles for washing. The communication from the owner and the handling of the situation could have been better.

The lodge was spacious, clean, and had excellent facilities. We particularly enjoyed the private sauna and hot tub, both of which were well-maintained and a great addition to our stay. The location of the lodge was fantastic, allowing for easy exploration of mid Wales.
There were a few maintenance issues that took away from the overall experience. The outside areas, including the grass and patio, were overgrown and unkempt.

Our stay at Elm Escapes was fantastic! The Willow Lodge provided all the amenities we needed for a perfect self-catering vacation. The sauna was incredible, and we used it every day. The village of Knighton nearby was charming, and we enjoyed exploring and going for walks. The Hot Tub at the lodge was a great way to relax in the evenings. The lodge itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The communication with the owner was excellent, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The location of Elm Escapes is stunning, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore mid Wales.
The lodges and outside areas could use some maintenance, as the grass, gardens, and patios were overgrown. Some appliances lacked proper instructions, which made using them a bit challenging.

The house itself was beautiful and peaceful, with a clean and contemporary design. The hot tub was superb, providing a great place to relax and unwind. The location was also great, with plenty of peace and quiet and stunning views from the master bedroom. We also enjoyed the easy check-in process and the clear communication from the staff.
The hot tub was not available during our stay, despite being advertised. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was quite slow and not strong enough for streaming, although Netflix was available.

It was incredibly spacious and impeccably clean. the hot tub was a major highlight, and we appreciated the fact that it was drained, cleaned, and treated before our arrival. the private sauna was also a great bonus, and for just £1, it was excellent value for an hour's use. the communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. Conveniently, parking was available right in front of the villa. We were also pleased that we could bring our dog along, as the accommodation had a practical and understanding attitude towards pets. The location of the villa was perfect for exploring mid Wales, and we thoroughly enjoyed the quiet and pleasant setting, as well as the beautiful views from some of the windows. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all! 😊.
